Is the library open to the general public? If so, where should I park?

Answer

Yes, the John Spoor Broome library is open to the general public. Please see our Visitor Borrowing Privileges page for more information on services we offer to our community members.

Before you visit the library check out our Getting Here and Library Maps page.

In general, parking permits are required for campus visits.  You may purchase a parking permit when you arrive on campus that will be good for any "A" lot. There are also a few short-term (15 or 30 minute) visitor parking spots near the library, in case you are planning a quick visit.  For more information, please see our Parking and Permit Services and Regulations on Campus brochure.
